They are made from two layers of fair trade organic velour cotton, with a third layer tucked into the wet zone and hidden by some very sporty stitching!
Designed to catch an accident or miss, the fit is trim yet contemporary. Surprisingly enough, we find these to be almost as absorbent as many cloth diapers and thus can serve double duty if you like!
Learners are 100% natural fibers -- that means no PUL or other waterproofing layer. Pair these with our wool or fleece trainer covers for light protection or a LANACare pull up wool cover for heavy duty needs.
Sizing:
- Small: waist 14"-18", rise 16", leg 9"-12"; fits age 1-2 years and up to about 24 lbs
- Medium: waist 15"-21", rise 17.5", leg 10"-14"; fits 2-3 years and 24-35+ lbs
- Large: waist 16"-25"; rise 19", leg 11-16"; fits 3 years and up and 33 lbs and up
Please note that the feedback has been that these tend to run a little small, especially after they have been washed. If you baby is nearing the top end of the suggested weight/age range for one size you might want to size up. My little one at 5 months and almost 18 lbs wore size S with some room to grow --by 11 months and 22 lbs it was too small.
