The Continuum Family Pouch Sling features a tapered shoulder design. This means less fabric bunching around your neck and shoulder (but still enough to do the "shoulder flip").

Our pouch sling comes with two design options -- leg padding and an outside pocket.
Available on our stretch cotton and organic pouches, the light padding on one rail is made to go under your baby's legs when they are in any of the legs-out position -- hip carry, tummy to tummy or back carry. The padding does not interfere with using the sling with a newborn. When the baby's legs are inside the sling you will generally wear the padding on the outer rail. In the cradle carry it helps to hold the pouch more open to prevent the fabric draping across baby's face. It also can also act as a bit of a pillow under a newborn's head. When in the kangaroo (facing out) carry, some babies like to chew on the padding, especially if they're teething.
The pocket is available on all of our pouches except the water sling. It is located on the outside, centred on the pouch seam and is just the right size to hold a wallet, keys, a couple of spare diapers or a small toy.
